Coaching

Coaching is something I fell in love with from my very first session.
I felt: this is mine. Through coaching I learned to ask myself the right questions during difficult times and to find the answers that helped me move forward.
Coaching is not psychotherapy. I’m studying psychology to better understand inner processes and, in the future, to combine both approaches. But the difference is simple:

  • Psychology often works with the past,
  • Coaching works with the present moment — the “here and now.”

And this moment is the most important.
The past cannot be changed. The future hasn’t yet arrived. Which means right now you have the chance to review, find strength, make decisions, and take a step.

My work with clients is about:

  • Respecting your space and rhythm,
  • Asking questions when answers are unclear,
  • Offering support when clarity is lost.

The requests I work with include:

  • Personal growth and self-realization,
  • Relationships (with a partner, with yourself, with the world),
  • Career, business, goals, and resources,
  • Family, home, balance, daily life,
  • Confidence and self-image in society.

Coaching is an honest conversation with yourself — and I am here beside you, so you don’t lose your way, but instead find your path.

Your Testimonials

results that inspire

I came with the feeling of being stuck, that nothing was changing. After just the first session I felt relief — as if there was more air inside me. At every meeting I found answers that had always been within me, but I simply couldn’t hear them.

I thought a coach would give me advice, but it turned out to be completely different. She asks questions that make you see the way out yourself. It’s honestly more powerful than any “happiness recipes.”

I chose the package of 10 sessions. During this time my attitude toward money and work really shifted. I gained more confidence and clarity — I finally know where I want to go.

The most valuable thing for me is the feeling of support. Even between sessions I knew I wasn’t alone. That helped me stay strong and not slip back into old habits.
