Monthly Meal Plan + Consultation — €175
• I will create a personalized monthly menu based on your preferences, goals, and test results.
• The plan will be flexible, balanced, and realistic.
• It will take into account your lifestyle, travel, sports, and schedule.
Follow-Up Consultation — €75 (after test results)

• Direct contact with me throughout the month (9:00–21:00).
