Nutrition

For a certain period of my life, I struggled with an unhealthy approach to food.

I trained to exhaustion but saw no results. It destroyed not only my body but also my self-esteem, my well-being — and, as a result, my relationships with the world and with people.

That’s when I went deeper and studied nutrition — first for myself. I realized: nutrition is not about calories and restrictions. It’s about the psychology of food, our relationship with ourselves, and the habits we carry for years.

I learned to eat everything — without guilt, without dependence, without overload. I learned to listen to my body: what it wants, what it needs, and how to stay in rhythm with it.

Today, nutrition has become part of my life and my work.
I help women find harmony with food and with their bodies — without extremes, strict diets, or the endless chase for the “perfect figure.”
This is not just about creating a meal plan.

It is deep therapy:

  • Why do you eat to cope with stress?
  • Why can’t you stop once you’ve started?
  • Why do you deprive yourself of pleasure — or, on the contrary, hide emotions behind food?

I believe that only through a holistic approach — working with the body, the mind, and inner beliefs — can you restore lightness, energy, and self-love.

Your Testimonials

results that inspire

Alessa, I’m shocked 🤯 I thought you were going to hand me a list of restrictions and a “survival diet.” But instead, you told me I can keep my favorite foods — just adjust the balance a little. It’s been a week and I don’t even feel like I’m “on a diet” 😍

You won’t believe it, but in 3 weeks I’m down 3 kg 😱 And I’m still eating bread, pasta, and even a little bit of chocolate! Finally — no stress, no hunger ❤️

Thank you, Alessa ❤️ It was my first consultation where I wasn’t scolded but supported. Instead of endless “you can’t,” I got real advice that actually works. I feel so much more energy!

You saved me! 🙈 My head was a mess — intermittent fasting, “don’t eat sweets”… And now I have a plan that fits me. And all of this without harsh restrictions!
